Established in August 2017, NICHIRIN International Freight Forwarding (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is the first wholly-owned overseas subsidiary of NICHIRIN group. We are expanding our business scope not only to Shanghai but also to Xiamen, Qingdao and other regions in Southern and Northern China.

Nichirin is a Japan based chemical logistics company with a focus on tanker trucks. The company has a total of 13 bases in the petrochemical region of Japan. We are able to handle small quantities of multi-species and point-to-point shipments, and we are also strong in working with Japanese railways to deliver high value-added products.

Tank container has been in business for over 20 years and entered China in the year 2014 with the opening of the Shanghai Representative Office. We have entered the international transportation of chemicals and dangerous goods in China. We cooperate with local freight forwarders, depots and transport companies to provide high quality services in combination with our long experience in domestic transportation in Japan. Our business in China is steadily expanding thanks to the collaboration of many Chinese and Japanese companies and our own strengths.

The Shanghai NICHIRIN business is focused on import and export between China and Japan, with operations in ports such as Shanghai, Qingdao, Xiamen and Dalian, as well as long-term and stable partners in Taiwan, Korea and Thailand. In the future, NICHIRIN will focus on consolidating and expanding the influence of NICHIRIN's iso tank work in the emerging markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, with Shanghai as the centre of the tri-national trade.
