Dalian Jifa South Shore International Logistics Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dalian Port Jifa logistics Co., LTD., under the banner of the Liaoning Port Group. Located in the Dayaowan Port Area of Dalian, it is adjacent to the container terminal, railway central station, and the bonded port, offering convenient port access. The company began official operations in 2013 and occupies an area of 110,000 square meters. It is a customs regulated location, a specialized inspection site for customs, maritime affairs, and port management departments. It undertakes the tasks of unloading and loading hazardous goods containers at the docks and is a specialized functional yard for customers' dangerous goods container storage, temporary landing, and container disassembly.
In 2016, the company obtained and maintained certifications for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System from the DNV·GL Group (Norwegian Classification Society). In 2017,it secured and maintained a level one certification for standardized safe production of dangerous goods enterprises at ports from the Ministry of Transport's Institute of Water Transport Research.
