Amfico’s passion for the Liquid Logistic Industry has driven the company to invest in ALLHUB its own multifaceted depot in Jasai at Nhava Sheva. The depot is a ‘one in all’ for the Tank Container, Flexibag, Road Tanker, Small Packaging Industry; ensuring efficient liquid logistic service solutions.

It is the first drive-through depot in the country. Focusing its vision to enhance the experience for Indian and International tank container operators and chemical manufacturers in the Indian market.

Range of services offered at ALLHub  for the tank industry include:-

·       Cleaning M&R and Storage:- India’s first drive through depot for tank containers, road tankers and  IBC’s, with a no man entry policy, using a PLC driven Groninger Cleaning System along with Rotor Jets, Steam and hot water as well as water based chemicals.

The team also handles refurbishment, M&R of tank containers and provides storage of empty tank containers..

·       Anti-Corrosive Coating:- Amfico is India’s sole approved applicator to line tank containers and storage tanks with ChemLINE 784 produced by Advanced Polymer Coatings – USA.

·       Fire Proofing:- Approved applicators for Akzo Nobel for Fire Proofing of chemical plants, storage tanks, reactors, semi-conductor factories and highly combustible capsules.

·       Bulk Liquid Transfer Activity: - Using a high-capacity PTFE Lined, Stainless Steel, AODD Pump for transfers of cargo from a Tank to Tank / Flexi-bag / Road Tanker or vice versa at a high transfer rate.

·       Heat Tracing:-The only depot in India, that provides the application of fitting heat tracing cables and control boxes on tank containers / road tankers and storage tanks by Dirac Industries, all manned by its own team of electrical and mechanical engineers.

·       PTFE Gasket Manufacturing:- ALL HUB has an inhouse sey up for PTFE gasket manufacturing to cater to the industry.

·       Trailer Fleet:- Fleet of 20’ & 40’ trailers for handling loaded and empty containers for the customers using the depot facility.

Amfico boasts of an exclusive tie-up with Arshiya India’s first FTWZ (Free Trade Warehousing Zone) for cargo drumming & tank to tank transfers. This partnership supports domestic and international chemical companies to enjoy duty deferment till goods are cleared for domestic consumption as well as to re-package their cargoes for re-export / trans-shipment or convert the same from bulk to drum / IBC’s.

Amfico’s trading arm has an exclusivity with manufacturers globally for their range of products. This covers automatic PLC driven cleaning systems with appropriate cleaning chemicals, a range of gaskets, tank container spares / claddings and insulation etc.

Trading also includes variety of containers for domestic and international markets Services such as door to door import of all these products, custom clearance and transportation from various countries and supply to all the depots across India is offered to its clients.
