Lianyungang COSCO SHIPPING Special Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., was founded in March 2019 with a registered capital of 300 million CNY. We specialize in the design, research, development, production, sales, installation, technical consultation and services for cryogenic liquid storage and transportation equipment for natural gas as well. Our company covers a land area of 370 acres and a construction area of about 133,000 m2, is the first intelligent tank container factory in the world.
We also have the first LNG Tank Container Technology Center of the industry. Mr. Tu Shandong, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering is acting as the Chief Expert. Based on the support from the Academician’s team, we have been improving the fabrication process and performance of our tank containers and also the hydrogen energy technologies.
By comprehensively using intelligent manufacturing technology and logistics system, the numerical control rate of manufacturing equipment in our workshop can reach up to 80%, realizing the real-time information interaction between robots, intelligent sensors and logistics. Our production lines adopt full intelligent design, realizing informationalized full-cycle management from raw materials to finished products; real-time monitoring of operation data and real-time tracking of product location, enable our products with advantages of high reliability and land-sea intermodal transportation.
We have passed the ISO 9001/14001/45001 integrated management systems certificates and obtained the special equipment production license (including design) issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation, U certificate for pressure vessel production and T certificate for transport tanks issued by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). So far, we have obtained more than 70 patents which are developed independently by ourselves.
